Money is something that we all need to have in this life to survive. In todays era, even a young kid, a mad person knows its money that buys something. This means we need it to survive. i.e. cater for the basic needs like food, clothes and shelter and other needs in life. Although dime is everything we need in this life, it is evil-we must admit this fact as below. However, even if it is evil, it is an evil that is necessary or it is a necessary evil. Money is a medium of exchange that involves giving and receiving. Money is a form of currency designed and accepted by a given country as per its value for transaction purposes. It has resulted into lack/decline in moral virtues. Many people prefer to do what they want to do regardless of the possible effects to society because they have dime. This is a big problem today. From indecent dressing, bleaching, using vulgar language, prostitution and lack of respect for elders.
Dime has led to serious conflicts in families and relationships. They quarrel and fight because of financial problems. There are rising cases of domestic violence in families today because of money problems. If a man can’t afford to buy things like food, school fees and good clothes for the wife that’s a problem.
It has tuned people’s mindset in a a bad way. People now value others as per how much they have and not the personality they have. Even if you are young but have dime, you can have a final say in the clan meetings today. A girl will reject a youth because they are poor and will marry a man old enough to be her grandfather because he has dime. This is sad.
Leaving the evil side of dime alone, it is a necessary evil. It is everything in this life. We need money. I would say it is only evil if we misuse its original purpose of existence. Here’s why you got to agree with me that dime is indeed a necessary evil.
When we have dime, we are able to get the basic needs we need in life e.g. food, clothes, shelter and health services . Without dime we can’t afford to get these basic needs of life. Life can be quite hard and challenging without it.
